Let's take a moment to highlight the Boosters of Teamleader Focus. The main reason we introduced these are flexibility. You decide whether you want to add extra features to your basic package with these Boosters. The goal? Running your business in one place. The SMART, GROW and FLOW packages are an ideal base, but you may lack certain functionalities to enable your ideal way of working.

With the Boosters, you only pay for the functionalities you actually use. Admins can add Boosters via the licence page. Let us briefly introduce the current Boosters.


Lead capture

With Lead capture, you enable yourself to meet customers online. Let them book appointments with you and create professional contact forms. The reason? Prospection. You want to get to know your potential customers and their expectations. An extra benefit? Teamleader Focus and your customer do the work. They schedule the meeting in your calendar or fill in the required information on the contact form. After that, it's your turn!


Work orders

If you are often on the road, it’s not always easy to keep track of your specific work hours, materials and so on. Often things are forgotten or hours are recorded with a fair margin for error. The solution? The Work Orders Booster. Indispensable for Teamleader Focus users who are often visiting customers. Easily create work orders on your smartphone; add travel distances, track time and materials, and upload photos.


Shared inbox

Time to introduce the third Booster: Shared inbox. Which allows you to manage customer queries from one practical inbox. This way you can communicate directly with your customer, add an internal note for a colleague or forward the ticket to a third party. The big advantage of Shared inbox is that you collect all questions in one place and immediately see which customer created the ticket. If the sender's e-mail address is not known, a new contact is created. Can't answer the ticket right away? Then you create a task for yourself or a colleague.


Project management

Are you looking for a way to smoothly follow up on certain business activities? Then the Project Management Booster is something for you. In the work breakdown, you track the progress of your project and distribute the work among the responsible colleagues. The project info gives those in charge more insights about the project's financial status. Thanks to the interactive Kanban view or Projects timeline, you manage your projects even more efficiently.
