You are currently on a SMART or GROW plan and you’d like to switch to a higher Teamleader Focus package? Read this article to find out how to do this.
How to switch
Only Teamleader administrators can upgrade the pricing plan of the account. Follow these steps if you have admin rights and want to upgrade your plan:
Click on your user icon in the top right-hand corner in Teamleader
Go to Manage licence
Click on Change package
Choose the package you want to switch to
You’ll have immediate access to all features of this package
In the next step you'll see your prorated price. Upon renewal of your subscription you receive an invoice with the complete package price.
Next to upgrading your package, you can also decide to enhance your package by buying additional Boosters. Find more information here.
When to switch
You can switch to a higher package anytime you want to. The switch will be immediate and you don’t have to wait for renewal of your subscription. You’ll receive an invoice with a prorated price charge.
