How do I keep my CRM and deals clean with Focus AI?

Your contact and company data is only useful when it's complete and up to date. Ask Focus AI to look for one type of problem at a time. It works through the results in batches and shows you what it plans to change before it does anything.
 

Prompt examples:

  • "Show me companies that have had no activity in the past 18 months."

Check your open deals

Deals with no value, no close date, or no owner give you an inaccurate view of your pipeline. Ask Focus AI to go through your open deals and show you what's missing or off.
