Access and setup
Is Focus AI included in my package?
Yes. Focus AI is included in all packages, with a monthly allocation of AI credits at account level.
Who can use Focus AI?
Any user an admin has enabled it for. An admin first activates Focus AI account-wide, then manages user access via Settings > Users > [user] > Permissions. Read more in What is Focus AI and what can it do?.
I don't see Focus AI in my sidebar, what do I do?
Reach out to your account admin to get access.
Can Focus AI be turned off?
Yes. An admin can disable Focus AI for individual users or the entire account at any time.
Using Focus AI
Does Focus AI work on mobile?
Yes, Focus AI is available in the Teamleader Focus mobile app.
Which languages does Focus AI support?
Focus AI is available in all languages supported by Teamleader Focus.
Can Focus AI see my colleagues' chats?
No. Conversations are private, only you can see your own chat history. Read more in Data privacy & security in Focus AI.
Does Focus AI act on its own?
No. It always shows you a preview and waits for your confirmation before creating, editing, or deleting anything. Every action is also logged in the activity of the relevant detail page. Read more in Data privacy & security in Focus AI.
What's the difference between Focus AI and a Skill?
Focus AI is an open chat where you type anything freely. Skills are pre-built, step-by-step workflows for recurring tasks like invoicing or following up on deals. Read more in What are Teamleader Skills and how do I use them?.
Are Skills shared across my team?
No. Skills are managed per user; each user decides which skills they add or enable. Changes only affect their own overview. Read more in What are Teamleader Skills and how do I use them?.
Credits
Are AI credits shared across my team?
Yes. AI credits are allocated at account level and shared across all users. You can view your own usage in the chat. Administrators can see an overview of all users’ usage.
How many AI credits does my account get per month?
It depends on your package:
- 100 AI credits for Go and Smart
- 200 AI credits for Move and Grow

300 AI credits for Boost and Flow and the Agentur package (DE)
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Once all AI credits are used up, Focus AI is unavailable for everyone in the account until they reset on the 1st of the month.

Privacy and data
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Anthropic doesn’t use your data to train AI models. Read more in Data privacy & security in Focus AI.
Where is my data processed?
Entirely within the EU. Focus AI is built in Belgium and hosted on European infrastructure. Read more in Data privacy & security in Focus AI.
Focus AI and its boundaries
Can Focus AI send emails on my behalf?
Focus AI drafts messages and presents them for your review. You send each one yourself directly from the chat. Nothing goes out without you actively clicking send.
Can Focus AI browse the internet or access external data?
Focus AI can only access data that lives in your Teamleader Focus account. The one exception is publicly available company information, such as VAT registry details or website info, when researching a company. Read more in Know and manage your customers with Focus AI.
Can Focus AI access data I don't have permission to see?
No. Focus AI works within the same permission structure as the rest of Teamleader Focus and can only act on what your user account allows. Read more in Data privacy & security in Focus AI.
Can Focus AI make bulk changes without asking?
No. Before any bulk change, Focus AI shows you exactly what will change and waits for your confirmation. For destructive actions like deletions, it always shows the full list first. Read more in How can I make bulk changes with Focus AI?.
