Interested in finding out what your best-selling products are? You can find an overview of this via Insights or via your Invoices overview.

Insights

In Insights, you'll find a report in the library called 'Top products Sales'. This is a report over your product sales and is an overview of products sold the most as per accepted quotations this year. Change the date filters to see quarterly or monthly performance.

 

Invoices

Instead of an overview of products sold the most per accepted quotations, you could also take a look at the products on your booked invoices. This can be done via an export. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to 'Invoices'.
2. Click on Export in the top right hand corner. If you don't see this button, follow the advice in this article.
3. Click on Export to Excel.
4. In 'Columns', choose +Create template 
   
   Pro-tip: if you want to see the results for a certain period of time then you can create a segment of invoices from this period first and select it here. 

5. Select the following columns: 

   

   Pro-tip: if you also want to find out how much revenue you have generated from these products, add the column ‘Item price excl. VAT’.

6. Click Save and Export.
7. Download your Excel file and filter your data in Excel to list your best-selling products.
