The mobile app has some interesting possibilities when it comes to adding and managing your invoices. Read this article to learn more.


Add invoices

Add invoices easily via the mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Go to Home > + icon
  2. Click on Invoice
  3. Fill out your customer and the invoice date
  4. Fill out the items on the invoice 
  5. The invoice will be saved as a draft, but you can choose to Mark it as booked in the next step
    Note that editing the invoice won't be possible after booking.

Manage invoices

In the mobile app, you can see your invoices per ‘status', you can book invoices, you can send them and you can put them on paid. 


When navigating to your invoices you immediately get an overview of:

  • Your draft invoices
  • Your unpaid invoices
  • Your paid invoices

You can also search through your invoices by selecting the search bar next to the magnifying glass.


Another option is booking your invoices directly via the app:

  • Go to your invoices
  • Click on Draft
  • Click on the invoice you want to book
  • Click on Mark as booked

By clicking on a booked invoice you can access and download the pdf file of your invoice as well.


After booking an invoice, you can send it to your customer via the app:

  • Go to your invoices
  • Click on Not paid
  • Click on the invoice you want to send
  • Click on Review and send


Change the status of your invoices to paid:

  • Go to your invoices
  • Click on Not paid
  • Click on the invoice you want to update
  • Click on Mark as paid
