With the Teamleader Focus mobile app, expense management becomes faster and more accessible. No need to wait until you're back at your desk. Upload, edit, and track expenses anytime, from anywhere.
 

Upload your expenses instantly

Easily add new expenses by following these steps:

1. Open the mobile app
2. Click on the plus icon in the bottom right-hand corner > Expenses or click on Menu > Expenses > plus icon in the bottom right-hand corner
3. Choose if you want to take a picture of your receipt, select an image from your gallery or upload a file. If your expense consists of multiple pages, all images will be merged into a single expense entry for clarity and convenience.
   
   
   Notes:
   • You can only upload 10 files in 1 go.
   • The maximum size of a file is 20 MB.
   • The format needs to be PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC, or GIF.
      

Review expenses

After adding your expenses, you can find them in the ‘To review’ tab in your expenses. 

1. Tap on an expense to review it:
   
    
2. When automatic scanning is enabled, the app uses optical character recognition (OCR) to extract relevant details from your uploaded documents. This reduces manual input and ensures faster processing. Enable or disable automatic scanning via your desktop. Read more about that here.
   If automatic scanning is disabled, fill out the relevant fields in the next screen and save the expense. 
   
    

Edit and search existing expenses

After adding your expenses, you can edit existing expenses directly in the app. This allows you to adjust or correct information whenever needed. Use the search function to quickly locate any expense in your history.
 

Add expenses to your dashboard for quick access

To streamline your workflow even further, the Expenses module can be added to the Quick access section on your mobile dashboard. This provides immediate access to your expenses.
