With the Lead capture Booster, you can easily schedule, meet and engage with customers online. Read this article to learn how to give your Teamleader Focus colleagues access to the Lead capture Booster, or how to revoke their access to it.
Give someone access rights
Before you can give someone Lead capture Booster rights two conditions must be fulfilled:
- You must be an administrator in Teamleader Focus. If you want to expand the number of administrators or, for example, add an HR manager as administrator read this article to learn how to assign admin rights.
- You must have access to Settings > Users
Package differences in the Lead capture Booster
Every user in your Teamleader Focus licence has access rights to the Lead capture Booster by default, IF:
- You're on a GO, MOVE or BOOST plan and you’re on the Basic package of the Lead capture Booster
- You're on a GO, MOVE or BOOST plan and you’ve activated the Beyond trial package
- You're on a SMART, GROW or FLOW plan and you've bought the Lead capture Booster
This means that if you have 5 users in your license for example, 5 users can activate and use the Lead capture Booster. As every user already has access after you’ve activated the Booster in your account, you shouldn’t take any further actions.
! When you have a GO, MOVE or BOOST plan however and you bought the Beyond package of the Lead capture Booster, you can’t give someone access to the Beyond functionalities if you didn’t buy enough users via your licence page first. If you only have 3 Beyond users in your license for example, only 3 users can activate and use the Lead capture Booster. To check how many Beyond users you have, please consult this page in your Teamleader Focus account (only accessible for administrators). You can give a user access rights by following the next steps:
- Go to Settings > Users > three dots next to the user
- Click on Edit Lead capture Booster rights
- Give your colleague ‘Access’ and click on Confirm
Note: After assigning Lead capture Booster rights to a user, every user needs to personally activate the Lead capture Booster in their own account. Read this article for more information.
Revoke access rights
If you want to revoke the Lead capture Booster rights of a user, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Users > three dots next to the user
- Click on Edit Lead capture Booster rights
- Change the access rights into ‘No access’ and click on Confirm
Beyond package (GO-MOVE-BOOST)
When you’re on the Beyond package, revoking access rights is not the same as actually removing Beyond users from your licence. In order to remove users, please consult this article.
