How To: Adding templates to the shared inbox in Teamleader Focus


There are support questions that will keep coming up. In that case it might be useful to create a standard reply for recurring questions.

  1. Navigate to 'Settings' and click on 'Shared inbox'.
  2. Click on the “+” symbol next to “Generic replies
  3. Give your template a name and write your email content. Note that you can enter variables.
  1. Click 'Save'.
  2. Answers that are created here will be available as a template when replying to a ticket.
