Before sending your quotation to your customer via CloudSign, you might want to see what the quotation looks like for your customer. You can! Read all about the preview functionality in CloudSign here.
How
Via the quotation detail page
- Go to your quotation
- Click on the arrow next to 'Send quotation'
- Make sure the quotation is available on CloudSign to be able to preview it:
- Then, choose Preview on CloudSign:
Via your deal
Go to your deal
Click on the three dots next to the quotation you want to see a preview from
First, make sure to Make the quotation available on CloudSign to be able to preview it
Choose Preview on CloudSign
After you've clicked on the button, you’ll be redirected to CloudSign where you’ll find a preview of your quotation. It’s not possible to perform any actions in this version, like downloading, giving feedback or signing.
