1. Activate the feature


  • NOTE: We advise you to activate the live version of YouDOX in the account of the user who is responsable for invoicing. Later on other users will be able to activate the feature as well.
  • We need to provide you with a download link in order to be able to activate the functionality. Contact customersuccess@teamleadercrm.it to retrieve the activation link.

  • Once you are on the page of the integration, click on Add and proceed with the authorization.

  • On the login page click on "Login with Teamleader Focus" and insert your Teamleader Focus login credentials:


You have now successfully linked the platform. 


2. Set up the account


  • In YouDOX, you will have to insert your company details in order to send invoices, but you will only have to do it once. From that moment onwards, your company details will be automatically added to your invoice.  

ATTENTION: Only the fields marked with * are mandatory.

Once you have completed the set-up, you will be able to send and receive e-invoices via Teamleader Focus.


We would also like to advise you have a look at the settings in YouDOX where can you activate the automatic signature and automatic invoice numbering. 



Automatic digital signature: make sure you gave YouDOX permission to digitally sign your invoices for you. This way you will not have to download the invoices, sign them and then upload them again. 

Automatic invoice numbering: it's important you've enable the automatic numbering feature in YouDOX. This will allow you to have several sectionals in YouDOX and it will keep your invoices organized and separated from each other (in case you for example want to distinguish between the various lines of business of your company). If you enable this flag, the invoice number in YouDOX will be different from the number that Teamleader Focus applies on the booked invoices. Therefore, if you prefer to keep the same numbering from your Teamleader Focus invoices in YouDOX, you will have to turn off this flag. If you prefer to use YouDOX's functionality to handle sectional invoices with automatic numbering, then activate the flag. 


Now you can start sending and receiving electronic invoices from your Teamleader Focus account!


  • Is there more than one user responsable for invoicing? You will now be able to grant them access to YouDOX as well, even if they have not activated the integration. Just click on 'Edit customer' > 'create sub-user' and fill in the details of your colleague which will become his/her login.
