There are several ways to create a meeting in Teamleader Focus. If you're not yet familiar with them, find out more in this article.

But did you know it is also possible to schedule a single meeting at regular intervals in the future? Think about your weekly team meeting for example.

Here is how to set up a recurrent meeting:

1. Add a meeting in Teamleader Focus using these instructions.

2. Click on the three dots next to 'Meeting info' and select Repeat meeting to make this a recurrent meeting:

3. Define how often you want the meeting to be repeated, and also what the end date of the recurring meeting should be.

4. Simply click save and you’re done!

NoteIf you make a meeting recurrent, the occurences of this meeting will start from the date of your meeting, even though this is a meeting in the past. This means meetings will be planned even on dates in the past.
