There are support questions that will keep coming up. In that case it might be useful to create a standard reply for recurring questions.
- Navigate to 'Settings' and click on 'Tickets'.
- Click on the “+” symbol next to “Generic replies”
- Give your template a name and write your email content. Note that you can enter variables.
- Click 'Save'.
- Answers that are created here will be available as a template when replying to a ticket.
